DELIVERY
Items costing up to £20 will incur a delivery charge of £3.00 and once you have received confirmation of despatch your goods will arrive in 2 / 3 days.
Items costing over £20 will incur a delivery charge of £6.00 and once you have received confirmation of despatch your goods will arrive within 24 hours and must be signed for on delivery.
Orders received after 2.00pm on a Friday will not be despatched until the following Monday. You may choose to have your gift box delivered to any address in the UK, however we can also ship overseas.

MAKING A PURCHASE
We have made buying from Georgie and Tom as stress free as possible and making a purchase couldn't be more easy. Browse through our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "CHECKOUT" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. For your total security you will be transferred to Protx secure server to enter all credit/debit card details before coming back to our final order complete page. At no point does anyone at Georgie and Tom see your card details.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made online and we accept all major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed using Protx, who are now the UK's leading secure on-line payment provider. TAX CHARGES
All baby and childrenswear is VAT exempt. Other items attract VAT at the current rate of 17.5% and will be charged to all orders made from within the UK or the EU.
PROTX SECURITY
Upon placing an order on the website you will be directed to our secure payment server hosted by Protx where all card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held on clear text on any website. In plain English, this site is secure and your card details cannot be obtained by any other party. We chose to use Protx payment system as it is an approved payment provider for Barclays Merchant Services.
PRIVACY POLICY
Georgie and Tom is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. We may contact you by email or phone and we may use the information to customise the website according to your interests. We will not sell, distribute or release your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We hope that you will love your Georgie and Tom gift, but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we will be happy to give a refund. We ask that you return your purchase complete with all items originally received, along with proof of purchase, within 7 days in its original condition stating the reason for returning it. A full refund will be given less any postage costs. We recommend that you return your gift via a guaranteed service as you will be liable for its contents until it is received by Georgie and Tom. Should you wish to cancel your order please call us immediately on 01423 565988 and the order can be stopped as long as the goods have not been despatched.
FAULTY GOODS
All of our gifts are quality checked, however if they are found to be faulty or damaged in transit, please return them to us within 30 days of purchase and we will gladly exchange or refund them less postage. Please keep proof of postage for any items returned.
OUT OF STOCK
All orders placed on this website are subject to stock availability. As we operate not only a website but also a real "bricks and mortar" shop, some items will occasionally become temporarily unavailable. Should this occur we will contact you by phone or email and possibly suggest a suitable alternative or tell you when the stock will become available.
BACK ORDERS
If an item ordered becomes unavailable we will email you as soon as possible. In many circumstances we will be able to order further stock but this can take up to 21 days, so if you would rather amend/cancel your order please contact us immediately as we will automatically process this order if replenishment stock arrives within a reasonable time so you will then become responsible for any return costs.
