MAKING A PURCHASE
We have tried to make buying from Georgie and Tom as stress free as possible and making a purchase couldn't be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "CHECKOUT" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. For your total security you will be transferred to Protx secure server to enter all credit/debit card details before coming back to our final order complete page.
PAYMENT
Payment may be made online and we accept all major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed using Protx, the UK's leading secure on-line payment system. Alternatively, we are happy to take payment by cheque. Please make the cheque payable to BEACH STUDIO LTD and send it to:

DELIVERY
Items costing up to £20 will incur a delivery charge of £3.00 and once you have received confirmation of despatch your goods will arrive in 2 / 3 days.
Items costing over £20 will incur a delivery charge of £6.00 and once you have received confirmation of despatch your goods will arrive within 24 hours and must be signed for on delivery.
Orders received after 2.00pm on a Friday will not be despatched until the following Monday. You may choose to have your gift box delivered to any address in the UK, however we can also ship overseas.

FREE OF DELIVERY CHARGES
You can collect your goods from the Georgie and Tom shop and save on any delivery charges, just click on "self collection" and your goods will be waiting for you at 2 Garrick Buildings, Oxford Street, Harrogate, HG1 1QE.
OUT OF STOCK
All orders placed on this website are subject to stock availability. As we operate not only a website but also a real "bricks and mortar" shop, some items will occasionally become temporarily unavailable. Should this occur we will contact you by phone or email and possibly suggest a suitable alternative or tell you when the stock will become available.
BACK ORDERS
If an item ordered becomes unavailable we will email you as soon as possible. In many circumstances we will be able to order further stock but this can take up to 21 days, so if you would rather amend/cancel your order please contact us immediately as we will automatically process this order if replenishment stock arrives within a reasonable time so you will then become responsible for any return costs.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We hope that you will love your Georgie and Tom gift, but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we will be happy to give a refund. We ask that you return your purchase complete with all items originally received, along with proof of purchase, within 7 days in its original condition stating the reason for returning it. A full refund will be given less any postage costs. We recommend that you return your gift via a guaranteed service as you will be liable for its contents until it is received by Georgie and Tom. Should you wish to cancel your order please call us immediately on 01423 565988 and the order can be stopped as long as the goods have not been despatched.
